He's Sonic but from another dimension. He is sorta creepy, just like Rosy. Rosy liked to stalk Scourge, and then attack him, but he kept on ignoring her so she got really mad. She had instant hate towards him and all of the other "Scourges" from other dimensions. That's when Sonic and Amy arrive in the opposite world and Rosy really freaks out. I've even got exact sayings : Rosy says to Sonic "You're a Sonic! My Scourgey is a Sonic! I want to smash Sonics!"
