Deep in the land of Ooo, there was a 12-year-old boy and his magical dog who lived in their own special tree house. That small home had been used and reused many times before.... once even by a vampire queen. But the most righteous owners by far are none other than best friends Finn and Jake. The two heroes have face many tough situations... with a blue-skinned ice king, a heart determined to rip out the bubbly Princess Bubblegum's heart and make it his bride, a very stubborn mountain, a jelly-donut craving vampire and even a little girl named Penny who turned out to be a mischievous thief. Finn and Jake are very well known in The Candy Kingdom for saving Princess Bubblegum quite a few times. But everyone (even Ice king) knew about Finn's small crush on the pink princess herself. Jake often liked to tease him about his little 'love interest', but Finn would always argue saying that he was not in love with her, which was obviously a load of rubbish. One cold evening, Finn was staring at a picture he owned of the princess in a tiny wooden frame. He sighed in a happy kind of way. Suddenly, a familiar voice rung behind him. "Watchya looking at, Finn?" Realizing that it was Jake, Finn quickly hid the photo under his pillow. "Hey Jake..... when did you get here?" He asked nervously. "I live here." Jake answered, noticing that Finn was acting all suspicious. "What were you just doing?" He said, glancing at Finn's pillow and taking a step closer to his bed. But Finn blocked Jake. "I know that there's something you don't want me to see under that pillow!" Jake exclaimed, pointing. "....H-how did you know?" Finn stammered, sweat running down his face. "Cause you suck at keeping secrets from your Bro." Jake used his 'stretchability' to let his arms slither right past Finn. "Can't a dude have a special relationship with his pillow without being interrogated!?" Finn snapped, grabbing the fluffy head supported and racing out of the room. "Phew, that was a close one." He sighed, taking the pillow off of his Princess Bubblegum photograph. "Come one, you can tell me anything! Well, unless it was a royal promise." Jake followed behind him. "Nooo!" Finn moaned, going up stairs. He shoved the picture into one of his drawers. "I'll get the truth out of you eventually, man!" Jake exclaimed.

The moon came out into the midnight blue sky, and Finn was getting tired. He got in his orange sleeping bag and closed his eyes. "Finally, some rest..." He thought, drifting off to sleep. A loud screeching sound hurt his ears. "What is that?" Finn wondered, opening his eyes to see Jake playing the viola. "Dude, it's like 2:00 in the morning! Knock it off!" Finn pleaded, rolling over. "I won't stop until you tell me what you''re hiding!" Jake told him, still playing. "Ugggh..." Finn groaned. Now there was a vibrating noise that matched the volume of Jake's viola playing. It was a fat green worm, singing it's annoying tunes. "How many times to I have to tell you? No worms on the bed!" Finn yelled, throwing another pillow at it. Jake kept playing his instrument through the whole night and Finn got very irritated.

The next morning, Jake eventually stopped playing. Finn had bags under his eyes from not being able to sleep all night. "So, are you gonna tell me what you're hiding now?" Jake asked at break feast. "No way! I won't give up that easily." Finn answered, sipping some milk out of his cup. "Good, then I guess you won't mind going to the beach with me." Jake told him. Finn spit out his milk. "You wouldn't!" "I would!" He answered, smirking a bit. "Okay, I'll do anything! Just don't make me go to the beach! You know that I hate the ocean!" Finn exclaimed. "It's not a big deal, man. Just tell me what you were hiding." He was silent for a minute, deciding if he should show Jake the picture or not. Finn rolled his eyes. "Oh... alright." He went upstairs, got the photo, then came back down. Finn handed the picture to Jake. He stared at it, then started chuckling. "What?!" Finn asked. "Everyone already knows about your crush on Bubblegum. So, your secret is blown." Jake answered. "Does the princess know about it?" Finn said curiously. "Duh!" Jake laughed.
The end!
