Into the future!
(Silver's POV)
Ah crap! I need to find Sonic... and fast! I don't wanna run into Amy again! Now, where would he be?............. Maybe I should sneak around Amy's house, just in case he is hanging around there...

(Sonic's POV)
"See ya later, hon." Amy pecked me on the cheek as I left her home. "Bye, Ames." I said, closing the door. "Hey... over here, Sonic!" I heard a whisper call out. Silver peeked his head out of a bush near Amy's front door, twigs stuck in his quills. "What are you doing here, Silver?" I asked him. "Come on! This is really important!" He replied, grabbing my arm and pulling me through the shrubs. "Can't it wait?" I asked impatiently. "No, I'm afraid it can't." Silver said. We arrived shortly at Silver's house. He dragged me through the rooms and into the basement. There was a big machine set up in the middle of the floor. I whistled in a low tone. "Impressive," I replied, Studying the machine. "You can look at it later. Right now, we don't have much time!" Silver exclaimed, typing in codes that lead to the machine. "Huh? What-" "Follow me!" A mysterious portal opened in front of us. Silver stepped in, and I went behind him.

"We're here," Silver said, walking out of the portal with me. "Welcome to.... the future!"
